About the event
Join The Raffia Kat for a fun and creative fibre jewellery workshop where you’ll stitch your own lightweight raffia earrings. Bring your design to life by dip-dyeing your unique raffia coils in vibrant colours, and adorn on handcrafted Argentium silver, gemstone hooks.
You will feel so proud to wear your raffia art on a daily basis!
Workshop details:
-Earrings can be fiddley. To help out, i will start the tiny centre coils for you. You can then continue to stitch away!
-I will provide written instructions, a needle, and some spare raffia so that you can have a go from scratch at home.
-we will use natural raffia (undyed) to stitch and dip them in dye at the end of class
